Job 5:9-27
9. He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted.
10. He bestows rain on the earth; he sends water upon the countryside.
11. The lowly he sets on high, and those who mourn are lifed to safety.
12. He thwarts the plans of the crafty, so that their hands achieve no success.
13. He catches the wise in their craftiness, and the schemes of the wily are swept away.
14. Darkness comes upon them in the daytime; at noon they grope as in the night.
15. He saves the needy from the sword in their mouth; he saves them from the clutches of the powerful.
16. So the poor have hope, and injustice shuts its mouth.
17. "Blessed is the man whom God corrects; so do not despise the discipline of the Almighty.
18. For he wounds, but he also binds up; he injures, but his hands also heal.
19. From six calamities he will rescue you; in seven no harm will befall you.
20. In famine he will ransom you from death, and in battle from the stroke of the sword.
21. You will be protected from the lash of the tongue, and need not fear when destruction comes.
22. You will laugh at destruction and famine, and need not fear the beasts of the earth.
23. For you will have a covenant with the stones of the field, and the wild animals will be at peace with you.
24. You will know that your tent is secure; you will take stock of your property and find nothing missing.
25. You will know that your children will be many, and your descendants like the grass of the earth.
26. You will come to the grave in full vigor, like sheaves gathered in season.
27. We have examined this, and it is true.
So hear it and apply it to yourself.
Job 8:20-22
20. Surely God does not reject a blameless man or strengthen the hands of evildoers.
21. He will yet fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouts of joy.
22. Your enemies will be clothed in shame, and the tents of the wicked will be no more.
Job 9:4
His wisdom is profound, his power is vast.
I AM BLESSED!!
I just want to give God praise for all his wonderful blessings in my life! I have been blessed so much-- ever since I came into this world and for this I am so thankful! I have been blessed with wonderful parents and now my own family. I have been blessed with good health ever since I can remember. I have been blessed with great friends and it is a blessing to live in a relatively peaceful little town with not much going on. I am blessed coming and going! God is simply amazing! I praise God for everything! He is so good!

Things I am thankful for...
Salvation...and it's free!
I'm thankful that God looks beyond our sins and for His mercy, grace and love.
Jesus...for giving his perfect life for all us sinners who at many times don't even show appreciation for all He did for us.
Home in heaven that Jesus is preparing for me.
All the blessings we have on earth that make our lives so much easier than they could be.
For being born in a land of freedom.
For being born right where God wanted me to be.
That God would love even me!
All the friends that I have been blessed with all my life.
Church family who shares with me the joy of my salvation!
The ability we have to pray directly to our Father in heaven without having to go through anyone else.
That Jesus stands in our defense when Satan is accusing us of our sins! Satan says "He did this!" and Praise God! Jesus says, "But, Father, I have paid for their sins!"
I'm thankful that when God looks at me He sees not me, not my sins, but He sees the blood of Jesus Christ that I received the day I accepted Jesus as my savior!
I'm thankful that I'm not the person I used to be and that God isn't finished with me yet! Praise God, I'm not who I used to be! And it's not anything I've done...only through Christ is there anything good in me!
I'm thankful for preachers, Sunday school teachers and workers in the church! Praise God people will work to help build the kingdom of God!
I'm thankful that God loves color! I love all the beautiful colors He gives us in the sky and the different landscapes worldwide.
I'm thankful God loves variety - just look at all the people and places He created!
I'm thankful God is our judge and that people aren't our judges. I'm thankful God knows our hearts!
I'm so thankful for mercy and grace!
I'm so thankful for God saving me from ALL my sins...past, present and future!
I'm thankful God is always in control!
I'm thankful that I am God's child! I am so thankful to be in the family of God!
When I think about it, I think, Why would God want me? He loves me and He loves each one of us so much! We cannot understand how much or why! We just need to accept it...the free gift of life...given to us when we accept Jesus as our Savior!
